Suzuki TS125R Engine

  

A Suzuki TS125R complete engine, including reed valve, oil pump with cover, electrics, kick starter and gear shifter. I bought this engine from a French bike importer, it has covered 8000 km (5K miles) and still on the original 56mm bore. The top end has been refurbished with a new Suzuki piston kit, power valves chemically cleaned and bore lightly honed, new gasket set, spark plug and head nuts. All new parts are genuine Suzuki not aftermarket, I've kept the packaging. I've not used this engine but it's complete without damage.

I have checked the clutch plate thickness to verify the mileage, they measure 2.95mm, new plates are 3mm so very little wear (limit is 2.6mm). No play in any of the bearings, selects gears without fault (I have not separated the cases), electrics are very clean without corrosion (not tested), no TDC piston wear lip but there are a few light vertical marks (see photos), excellent compression when cranking the kick starter.

Original paint in good order, no damage to the cases, engine number present and not tampered with. This engine comes with a spare Suzuki top end gasket set plus the original clutch cover without rev counter drive. The item "Suzuki TS125R Engine" is in sale since Friday, May 28, 2021.
