Suzuki ts 125 x tsx 125 engine ready to go

  

Suzuki ts 125 x tsx 125 engine, its been split by me and all tolerances checked and is one sorted engine. Barrel is at 55.94mm and is almost unused at this size so new standard piston kit fitted, piston drops down barrel just under its own weight really perfect no wear barrel. Ring end gap is at 0.33mm again perfect. Head hasnt been skimmed to an inch of its life still has a lip on combustion chamber.

New temp sender in head also. No bleed bolt on this head so you know.

Crank is 0 play i know cranks and this is like new ones no play. All bearings nice so a really well looked after engine probably run a few miles on fully syn oil and stored. (expect some churning sounds these dont have balance shafts and do sound loud with clutch basket noise its normal even after rebuild, nothing like the sewing machine tsr125). Good clutch plates but push rod setting is down to you i left the clutch cover bung loose so its easy to get at. No broken case parts all sprocket bolt threads still intact, clutch guide still intact, all studs still m8 no heli coils.

Water pump cover mint, cases are a bit grubby but you can tell there mileage isnt high. Only thing bad is the bent shift lever but selecting isnt made harder from this, you can see the bend is all at the end of the shaft not near the seal. (i forgot to straiten it when it was split lol). The engine comes as it is in the first 6 pictures, the other ones are a few from the strip down. All head bolts have been tightened ready. New oil pump hoses with correct internal id, new bleed bolt. Brass nib on barrel has failed as they all do so if leaving bike for months disconnect the small barrel feed and block it off or your engine will have a pint of 2stroke in the crank and you will never get it running correctly again till barrel comes off and you suck it out. Parts not on this engine are, sprocket cover, clutch cable arm, kick start. If you need any more info or pics just message me on here, im on moore bros enduros face book also.
