Suzuki ts 125 r tsr engine bottom end only rebuilt by me. Crank rebuilt by bortech engineering always perfect every time mitaka rod kit used. Shimmed in at 2mm as this crank never belonged to these cases and the cranks been rebuilt so shimming was needed nice and easy when you have every shim suzuki sell. These cases are really nice no cracks in the usual places nice low miles cases.

Clutch springs near limit but still have life left yet. Oil pump untested but if your carbs brass oil pump feed works the proper 1 way then its fine anyway. Continuity in stator but i cant preform the no load test. Water pump seal nice and tight. All gears select real nice.

Reed petals are sealing look like boysen ones. All original suzuki bolts used.

Engine numbers fine and intact. No barrel or head, no sprocket cover or gear shifter lever and no kick lever. The first 7 pictures are how the engine will be received and the other pictures are during the build.
