Suzuki ts 125 r tsr cylinder barrel jug (no power valves)

  
Suzuki ts 125 r barrel 1989-96, no power valves or valve covers, everything in the pictures is included. This was my spare barrel i had got ready to use if needed, i honed it out a while ago and left it covered in grease to stop rust so you will need to clean before use, can be used with a 56.50mm piston as it measures at 56.60mm at the top of the barrel and about the same at the skirt. I was going to just use it with a mitaka.

It is in nice condition overall and hasn't been bored out to death yet pistons go up to 2.50mm over so quite a lot of life left in this barrel 4 piston over sizes to go yet. I also done a bit of port finishing after honing so no rings will nip up, liner is in good condition no deep scratches or cracks. New studs for the power valve pulley the top one i used loctite because it felt a little looser than the other but is now solid and tight, it would have been ok i just wanted to be sure. I also used loctite on the top exhaust stud as again it felt looser than the other this is now also solid and will pull the exhaust in tight enough to not blow from the gasket. I think i skimmed the head it looks real nice and has cross hatch marks so im sure i did it a while ago.

Power valve slots look good no melting has taken place in there. I put new bolts all over the barrel.

The temp sender is also almost brand new and in perfect condition. The power valve actuating arm seal looks ok condition also.
