Suzuki TS/ER 250 Engine

  

This is from a early Suzuki TS/ER 250 circa 1978/79. Engine model number is TS250-4. Ideal if you are rebuilding/restoring a early Ts or ER. This has just been rebuilt and is awaiting finishing paint.

The engine has been rebuilt using low mileage crank cases, the gear box has been cleaned and checked and gear shift Pawls and springs replaced. It's had a rebore, new piston new bearings new seals. Magneto and electrics replaced at great expense. Bearings all replaced, checked and cleaned, new clutch plates, cleaned checked, replaced where necessary. Complete new gasket kit replaced. Oil pump checked and cleaned, will need bleeding when installed. Engine leak tested blue printed. Magneto cover included, just loose in pictures. Electrics done, able to select neutral light if needed. With the parts to do that. It's a dry engine a. M so clutch will need bedding in, no oil in it!

Just come back from the work shop. Crank shaft checked within tolerance.

I will get round to painting before sale? THE ENGINE WILL NEED TO BE RUN IN!!

Price might be negotiable depending on whether its painted or not. Old crank cases + other old spares included. This is reconditioned but at the same time I'm giving no guarantees or warrantys and any problems in the future will have to be discussed with the builder. Would prefer cash on collection. Will quite happily give you company's name that rebuilt engine.
