If your items were faulty on arrival, we ask that you inform us as soon as reasonably possible. What if you change your mind? If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of item/s during their return.
