Suzuki ts 125 r tsr cylinder barrel re-bored

  
Suzuki ts 125 r barrel and head re-bored to 2mm over 40 miles ago according to the last owner of the bike this barrel was on, power valves are near scrap, someone welded them together and chewed the valve stem badly in a lathe and no actuating parts were ever there. The work done to this barrel was done by the person who last had the bike not me and from what i can see this is the list. 3 heli coils in the barrel, one of them studs is now m10 into m8 yet has a tiny bit of stud that has not seated all the way so gasket and head was drilled m10 to match. (pic 5-6) bike never had a leak when i got it so does seal but new head gasket will be best as the one with the barrel is used.

2 exhaust studs heli coiled one at an angle lol but pipe fits fine i have tested this off the bike and the bike was running with no blowing from the pipe when i got it. Temp sender not original type but works on the dash gauge and is sealed so i never have taken it out. Bike only struggled to do 40miles i was told on the 2mm rebore, because the valves were welded together and stuck down.

Barrels bore is ok no bad scores down the liner. I have fitted a new thermostat as it was never there i think some people think its an upgrade. New power valve seal fitted, new bolts ready also. I have covered the liner in grease so it stops rust so a clean will be needed before use.
