This barrel has had a light hone the size is 56.02mm, there is a few witness marks seen around the exhaust port these cant be felt so i didn't bother erasing the width of the liner to get rid of these any further. All port edges have been filed down with the dremmel and then wet and dried with oil so your rings will not nip. 1 power valve guide has been honed out with another barrel by the looks of it and is about 0.50mm smaller than the other which is fully standard still has some coating on the very edge closest to the piston rings, the valves overall are some nice examples still with 90% of there original coating no breaks only small witness marks to heat not swollen with heat and all the actuating parts are there too, the 2 valve collars are good on 1 side worn on the other but these can be replaced and probably the only parts that can be.

Head was skimmed and has no play on barrel. All studs are tight and good. New nuts and copper washers, new spark plug, new temp sender, new thermostat, new power valve seal, new piston kit included with suzuki top washers and suzuki top end bearing, also top end gaskets but these are not pictured.

Ring end gap in barrel after honing is. 0.43mm (book starting points are from 0.15mm - 0.30mm and worn out is 0.80mm) so a very low mile barrel at standard size. This is the whole top end ready and can be fitted instantly no work required no issues to face which is why its not cheap its the hardest part to have working on a fast dying out bike. On these engines that cost a lot if you can even find the parts so price depending on condition.
