If I see a leak or can tell a part is bad it will be noted, but there may be a time that a bike doesn't show any signs of a hard rubber seal, gritty bearing or thin clutch plates. Wheels and Rims come with all scratches, dents, dings and cracks that are seen in pictures. Any Fuel related part removed from a running or not unit may need cleaning or servicing prior to proper use due to fuel evaporation and rubber seal/orings/internals drying up from storage.
