Suzuki ts 125 x 1984-89 bottom end engine rebuilt by myself as a spare for one of my 125x bikes, i love rebuilding them so i just rebuilt my other one as well, so its best to sell this one whilst its a few weeks since being rebuilt. As you can see from the pics the first 6 pics are its current state rebuild done all sealed up ready.
The other pics are during rebuild i have about 50 pics so if more are needed just message me. All bearings (except one RH output was very good still) and all seals replaced not just crank mains, koyo throughout with suzuki nos crank seals, new clutch plates fitted and clutch release rack bearing and single ball bearing for the push rod, new kick start wave washer and thrust washers. Comes with a few gaskets aswell each type of reed gasket for whatever barrel you use, a carb float gasket, barrel base gasket, and a oil pump gasket not pictured but included.
I have set up the clutch push rod to perceivable play so should be good to go. The crank i brought as a rebuilt part a while back, its a mitaka rod kit i think, web to web widths are good and the shaft runout was good in my v blocks so i felt its a good usable crank. The stator had continuity on my beep test but my multi meter does not do 1k ohms test range so unable to give you any readings. Also the water pump o rings were CT1 siliconed in so that no leaks happen, one of suzukis first water cooled systems wasn't the best for sealing here mixed with the gasket they can curl up and seal nothing, so always best keep an eye on water level during the run in stage, suzukis fault not mine, lol. I always use Three bond case sealer, hylomar blue for clutch covers and CT1 for water o rings.
Has its engine number starts with F110 ill give this out on request. All gears tested and work fine, shift fork clearance was good so i knew it would be ok, also kick start tested and is all good. Now for the no so good bits. If your wanting an immaculate engine for a show bike this is not it , i didn't get the cases aqua blasted and repainted or anything so looks a little grubby in my opinion. The input shaft clutch hub side i had to file a bit so the bolt would start going on the shaft as someone had put a cut mark in it (typical butchers) so a dot of weld then some filing the bolt goes on fine now, i wouldnt worry about this the hub bolt still tightened to 40 n.
M easily which is in between the 2 recommended torques 30-50 n. And has its tab washer to hold it also. The sprocket cover bottom bolt hole has had a bit crack of but still has a bolt turn about 3 times or so which will still hold the bolt in ok. And still has a flat part to seat the sprocket cover correctly.Gear shift shaft end has been slightly ground down only about half a millimetre, gear shifter fits fine no problem. Parts not included are these, oil pump, neutral switch, kick start lever, gear shift lever , barrel/head, oil filler plug. You will receive whats pictured in the first 6 pics minus the above just as its pictured. (when i get around to my pc that is).
